Introduction

wPad ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the wPad mobile application.

Data Collection and Storage

We do not collect any personal data. All your workout data, including:

• Walking pad sessions and metrics (speed, distance, calories, steps, duration)
• Goals and progress tracking
• Workout history and statistics
• Custom device names and Bluetooth connection settings

...is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data, and it never leaves your device except when you explicitly choose to sync with Apple Health or share workout results.

No Account Required

wPad does not require you to create an account. You can use all features of the app without providing any personal information.

Apple Health Integration

If you choose to enable Apple Health integration, wPad will:

• Write workout data to Apple Health when you complete a session
• Read existing walking workouts from Apple Health if you enable the import feature

This data is synced directly between wPad and Apple Health on your device. We do not receive or store any of this information. Your Apple Health data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Bluetooth Connectivity

wPad uses Bluetooth to connect to compatible walking pads. The Bluetooth connection is established directly between your device and your walking pad. We do not collect or transmit any data from these connections.

Analytics and Crash Reports

We do not use any third-party analytics or crash reporting tools. Any diagnostic information collected is handled through Apple's standard App Store mechanisms, which you can control in your device settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we have no data to share.

Children's Privacy

wPad does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any of your personal data, there is no data for us to provide, modify, or delete. You have complete control over your data through your device settings and can delete the wPad app at any time to remove all locally stored data.
